Blade & Knoll is focused on the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If at any point you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us and explain your concerns, and we will try and work out the situation.

7 DAY RETURN POLICY.

Items ordered from Blade & Knoll can be returned after 7 days of receiving your product. You may return an item for the cost of the item or for exchange, this does NOT include the shipping costs. All items must include all pieces of the purchased jewelry and packaging and cannot have any signs of wear. Cutting boards must be in original condition, no wear, no water, and cannot have any marks on the board. 

Sale Items, Sample Sale Items and Custom Items are not eligible for returns.

Disclosure

Blade & Knoll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so if you would like to purchase insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee. By placing an order with Blade & Knoll, you are responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees, and return shipping to Blade & Knoll in the case of a return or exchange. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery.
