14K Gold Plated

Adding a little more finesse to your jewelry without the price tag of solid gold! Each piece is heavy plated- meaning the highest amount of thickness for each layer- totaling in 3 microns of gold. We use 14K Gold over bronze and sterling silver.

Care

Avoid moisture like sweat, perfumes, and water. You should take your piece off before working out, swimming, showering or doing the dishes. You can clean your piece by taking a soft cloth and gently buffing (rubbing) and store in a dry place.

Sterling Silver

Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. The sterling silver we use had the standard fineness of 925.

Care

The silver will naturally oxidize (become a little bit darker) with time. This happens because it is exposed to oxygen and moisture, however your natural oils will help keep it polished, so wear with love! Keep away from water and chemicals. You should polish with a soft cloth or polishing pad.

Brass and Bronze

Brass and/or Bronze is a yellow alloy of copper and zinc. These metals have the tendency to naturally patina and age over time, in which they darken. We love that it gives each piece its individual character.

Care

Avoid exposure to moisture such as sweat, water, lotions, perfumes, etc as this will accelerate the process of patination. If you would like to keep your piece in it's original bright color, use a soft toothbrush and a little bit of warm water and soap to buff, or a polishing cloth. Store in an dry airtight container.

Cutting Boards

Our cutting boards are made from your choice of Cherry or Walnut hardwood. Every board is handcrafted by the maker, and due to the nature of the wood and grain, each piece is uniquely different. And do not worry about making marks on your cutting board, that is what it is there for! Time, age, and coloring, only make this board more special in your home, remembering the great dinner parties you have had!

Care

To wash your board, take a soft cloth or sponge, soap and warm water. Pat dry and leave board upright to dry, this is to prevent any warping. Do not submerge under water. Not dishwasher safe. Every month season board with mineral oil, beeswax or carnauba wax. Enjoy!
