We request that orders are submitted with the full minimum. To create your wholesale account, please contact us at email@example.com with your shop name, website, and reseller #. All orders are processed online, and you will be given a login when approved as a wholesaler. We offer 50% off our retail pricing. Payment must be made prior to shipment. All items are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received.
Orders ship within 3-8 weeks.
Shipping + Deliveries
We ship wholesale orders USPS priority mail. A tracking number is provided upon shipping confirmation. Blade & Knoll LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely!
If you are local to the Denver area and would like to schedule a pickup, let us know prior to placing your order. Drop off can also be requested for a small fee. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time to pick up or drop off.
If you are local to Denver and would like to see samples, please e-mail us at email@example.com to schedule a time for us to come show you the samples.
All returns must be requested and approved. Requests can be made via email or phone. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise at firstname.lastname@example.org. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase based on the value of the jewelry at your time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable :)
To align with our branding, all Blade & Knoll items come tagged with the exception of our stacking rings. All items are packaged in clear plastic bags and boxed carefully for shipping.
