Blade & Knoll is focused on the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If at any point you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us at bladeandknoll@gmail.com and explain your concerns, and we will try and work out the situation.

Items on sale for 30% or more, cannot be returned. 

Any custom items cannot be returned. 

Jewelry Items- 7 DAY RETURN POLICY.

Jewelry Items ordered from Blade & Knoll can be returned after 7 days of recieving your product. You may return an item for the cost of the item or for exchange, this does NOT include the shipping costs. All items must include all pieces of the purchased jewelry. 

All jewelry is hand cut from the maker from either silver, brass, copper or nickel. The copper will patina over time and brighten with use. The brass will also patina over time and darken with use. This adds to the uniqueness and beauty of your pieces. Keep all pieces away from liquids, lotions, and perfumes for longer lasting luster. 

Cutting Boards- 7 DAY RETURN POLICY

Cutting Boards ordered from Blade & Knoll can be returned after 7 days of receiving your product. There must not be any marks on the board. You may return an item for the cost of the item or for exchange, this does NOT include the shipping costs. 

Blade & Knoll sends its' boards out in pristine condition with a beautiful finish. Follow the "Care Directions" as closely as possible to preserve the condition of your board. The wonderful thing about these boards is that they are fully functional, and with that will wear over time like most functional woodworked pieces (since it is an organic material). You will be able to see the wonderful marks of your dinners and special gatherings, and this will add to the uniqueness and beauty of your piece. 

Disclosure

Blade & Knoll is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so if you would like to purchase insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee. By placing an order with Blade & Knoll, you are responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees, and return shipping to Blade & Knoll in the case of a return or exchange. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery.
